Many countries are now imposing an import duty/tariff for international merchandise shipments. We ship internationally using UPS Worldwide.

A few days before your delivery, UPS will attempt to contact you to collect the duty/tariff charges. Customers are responsible for paying the required duty/tariff imposed by your country.

Failure to pay the duty/tariff will result in the merchandise being returned to us as COD unpaid. Please make sure to pay attention to your emails and track your package regularly.

Due to VAT complications, it is difficult for us to ship to the EU and UK without a third-party processor. If you are interested in purchasing from the EU/UK please contact us and we can set up a custom order for you.

Every keychain and acrylic stand come with a protective transparent film on it. This is to prevent any damage while shipping. Please feel free to remove it yourself using your nail against the edge of the acrylic, with a dull pair of pliers (sharp may scratch the acrylic) or simply wait for it to raise off the acrylic on it's own!

Preorder will be shipped separately since they will be sent at a later date. Since posters are shipped in a protective cardboard tube, they will also be shipped separately. If you notice your shipping price has increased after adding items to the order, this is the reason!
